Holly's Baby was launched with one custom made gingham nursery item in one color to sell on eBay in the early spring of 2003. As a new mom, I found there were things I wanted from my son's nursery that were either not available or were there but totally out of my price range. In putting my new son's nursery together, I added a few custom made pieces. I had dabbled with selling on eBay for a few years and I figured there must be more moms out there who were looking for quality nursery and baby items at reasonable prices. Well, what befan with one iten in one color has grown to about 500 eBay listingsof handmade nursery and baby items, include baby bibs, burp pads, diaper bag sacks, diaper bag changing pads, various sizes of baby quilts and blankets, curtains, valances, crib skirts, crib sheets, changing pad covers for both flat and contoured changing pads, and much more!
During the fall, I scale back on the baby items and focus on the handmade Christmas stockings which you are seeing on this website. I have over 150 different designs available, most with chenille cuffs. Pretty much, my only limits are in your imagination so don't ever hesitate to ask a question.....
I am constantly adding new items and new materials so check back often. Custom orders are ALWAYS welcome so please don't hesitate to email me with a request or an idea. Many of my items started from customer's requests.
You can find us on eBay at hollysbaby2004.

Let me start by saying ~ I take great pride in my work and I take my job very seriously. After 15 years as a teacher of young children, I love being a stay-at-home.work-at-home Mom and I
really love what I do. I try to get orders out within 2 day of payment.
But sometimes...LIFE happens.
This is the part where I get real...
I AM HUMAN.
Please don't expect things from me that you wouldn't expect from your local department store. I work A LOT, but not 24 hours a day. If you pay for your order at 10 o'clock at night, please don't expect me to ship it the next day. Think of this as being a 9-5 type business. I think that's pretty reasonable. I'm saying this because, without going into detail, I get some crazy demanding requests from people that I just can't fulfill. Like shipping things the same day they pay ~It's Tuesday and they forgot the baby shower on Saturday. They want 4 custom items (meaning made especially for them) "RIGHT AWAY-SEND TODAY!" I Just can't do it. I AM HUMAN.
I don't think I'm being unreasonable. Do you?
My shipping leaves my house every morning with my husband
when he goes to work. If you need something fast, I will get it to you immediately, of course... But be reasonable... I am human.
I have 2 school-aged children and they are my number one priority. They are the reason why I have an eBay store and online website. It's extra income for my family so my children 'never have to be without'. Having said that...My children get sick just like everyone else's which means I have to give them extra love and attention, which means business has to wait. If you have paid for your order, and I'm going to be late shipping (more than 2 days) I will always email you to inform you of the status of your items. I must sound really cranky...lol. BUT ~I had one customer tell me that I need to be more professional and make my husband take care of my children so I can take care of my customers. Maybe I just needed to vent. Thanks for listening!
